Equipped with electronic cruise control system assembly and relevant supporting control system,through changing signals of engine speed controller,vehicle speed comtroller,transmission gear controller,and cruise switch,this board candanamically display the whole working process of electronic cruise system .Beside,with fault setting zone and clearing zone that adopts PCB,it can simulate actual working conditions and set up multiple fualts.Iat is applicable to the theoretical learing an dpractice operation for scondary and higher vocational technical schools in terms of auto electronic cruide system.
Main Comonents:
It is mainly comosed of cruise control unit,electronic accelerator pedal,combination instrument,cruise control switch ,neutal start switch other accessories,computer engraving color schematic panel,fault seeting and clearing system,mobile bench ,sipporting userds manual and experimental guide book etc.
Main Functions:
Equipped witch electronic cruise control system assembly and relvant supporting control system,through changing singnals of engine speed controller,transmission gear controller,and other vehiicle speed controller,tansmission gear controller,and cruise control switch,this board can dynamically display the whole process of electronic cruise system.Beside ,with fault setting zone and clearing zone that adopts PCB fault setting zone and clearing zone that diagram car and digtal voltmeter:
1,Color circuit diagram of original car and digital voltmeter.
2,Externally connected computer testing terminal is convenient to test voltage or resistance.
3,It dispaly dynamically acceleration,deceleration,upslope and downslope.
4,Disgnostic pluge is installed on the board and connects special or general decoder for performinh self-diagnostic function,such as reading fault codes,cleraing fault codes and reafing data stream.
5,Fault setting function can set the manual fault seeting switch ,intelligenmt multi-function inteligent fault setting assessment system according to use chioce (equipped with communiaction interface or networking interface).
6,After fault setting ,students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices ;Falut simulation function is provided to evaluate experimental status of students.
7,User can add corresponding function as required.
Manufacture Technique :
1,Nylon universal casters:with diametr of 75mm and width of 3mm, the universal caster mobilre device with locking function is easy moving and conenient for teaching.
2,The bench welded by GB-quality steel and the panel steel cabinet formed by stamping are treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish,beautiful and durable.
3,Plate in schematic cicruit diagram:aluminum plate 4mm thick:materail for test cabine :cold plate miantenance flexdoor 1.2mm thick.
4,The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved clored schematic diagram is convenient for students to understand the working peocess of electronic controlled cruise system.
