Main functions:
1,The hybrid multifunctional transmission assembly is dissected in kind to reveal the internal structural parts MG1 and MG2, compound gear mechanism (containing motor reduction planetary gear mechanism and power distribution gear mechanism), intermediate shaft gear mechanism and differential gear mechanism; compound gear mechanism (containing motor reduction planetary gear mechanism and power distribution gear mechanism), MG1 and MG2 are located on the main shaft The intermediate shaft driven gear and the reduction gear are located on the second shaft, the differential gear ring and the differential gear mechanism are located on the third shaft, and the axle uses two lubrication mechanisms at the same time: one lubrication mechanism contains a residual cycloidal pump located on the main shaft, and the other lubrication mechanism contains an oil retaining ring located on the reduction gear. The simultaneous use of two lubrication mechanisms reduces the drive losses of the oil pump. The components are complete, which can fully demonstrate the internal structure of the drive axle and the whole process of power transmission.
2. Carefully designed various sections towards, the dissected assembly sections are distinguished with different color ink, so that the internal mechanical structure of the hybrid drive axle and the assembly relationship between them can be clearly shown.
