The trianing bench comprises the whole vehicle aplication for santanan 2000 and gives a full dispaly of the structural compositions and working process of them.It is application to the theoretical learing and practical operations of secondary and higher vocational technical schools.
Main Functions:
1,Full dispaly of structrual compositions and working process for all electrical system of Santana 2000 can achieve teaching and learing effects.
2,A special fault setting area and clearing area to set many kind of common faults for simulating,detecting and elimiating faults.
3,The face panel made of aluminun plare with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is good looking and durable,convenient for students to analyze and understand the working process of whole vehicle electric applicances.
4,Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switc,intelligent muti-function intergrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user setting choice (equipped with communation interface or network interface)
5,After fault setting ,students can find location and content of faults by using special instrument and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices,select and set the intelligrnt fault setting assessment system (equipped with communication interface or network interface)
6,Use-selectable function:
The selectable function is using plc or mivrocomputer produre to form a network system and achieve control of multiple student test terminals(student unit made by experimental box)connectde to and controlled by a main control computer.Each student terminal and bench control panel has the same control circuit diagran and decetion point .If main cotrol bench fails to work,the student terminal can detect the same falut.Meanwhile,the student terminal may also conduct the parameter detecying and analysis of all sensors and actuators with the main control bench.Each student termial may obtain the same teaching effect as the main control bench.

1. Nylon universal casters: With diameter of 75mm and width of 35mm, the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching:
2. Being welded by GB-quality steel and treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking paint, the bench is good looking and durable;
3. Plate in schematic circuit diagram: aluminum plate 4mm thick; material for test cabinet: cold plate maintenance fledoor 1.2 mm thick;
4. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is convenient for students to analyze and understand the working process of auto electrical system;
5. Testing terminal: 8mm stainless steel terminal;
