Product requirement
The battery pack is composed of 10 battery modules, positive contactor, negative contactor, 1 safety, 1 safety maintenance valve, BMS information acquisition module, BMS main control module, etc. The battery energy is 25.6KWh, the rated voltage is 320V, and the maximum driving range of the original car is 190KM, which visually shows the continuous internal line of the battery pack. And provide power source for other interconnected bench equipment.

Technical parameter
1. The power battery pack adopts lithium iron phosphate cell, natural air cooling and anti-collision device, each cell is equipped with temperature sensor, which can realize the six functions of BMS power-off, preparation, charging, discharge, protection and communication, and provide power for the vehicle drive system. The battery pack capacity is 320V80AH, the energy density is 86WH/KG, and 100 units are connected in series, which truly presents the connection control relationship between the core components of the power battery pack, the installation position and operation parameters, as well as the safety precautions of the high voltage system, and trains students' ability to analyze and deal with the failure of the lithium iron phosphate power battery pack. It is suitable for new energy electric vehicle course teaching and maintenance training in vocational and technical colleges.
2.BMS information acquisition module collects the voltage, SOC, temperature, current, and battery management information of a single battery cell, and transmits the information to the BMS main control module. BMS battery management system with active balancing function, 4-way switch control protection (overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature), communication with the charger CAN, through the BMS control car charger work, estimate SOC and charge remaining time, etc. The training platform and panel are made of 4mm aluminum-plastic plate, which can resist aging and corrosion. The fault analysis and processing capability of battery pack should be printed on the panel.
3. The battery pack shell is dissected. The shell is made of transparent 1.5 acrylic plate and installed on 1.6mm insulated wooden board. The battery cell, battery pack, control relay, fuse, shunt, current detector, temperature sensor, smoke sensor, connector terminal and other electronic devices can be clearly seen inside the battery pack.
4. Structure and components: The equipment requirements can be connected with the pure electric vehicle drive system training platform, the pure electric vehicle electric air conditioning training platform, the pure electric vehicle electronic control power steering training platform, the pure electric vehicle high voltage 1 control and training platform, etc., to provide energy source for the connected equipment.
