Product overview
The battery PACK installation and testing technology platform is based on the competition rules, combined with the development of the teaching needs of power battery PACK and BMS for new energy automobile majors in vocational colleges, which can not only meet the requirements of the competition, but also have super teaching and practical training functions.
Product function
1. The detection platform is equipped with upper computer software, which can read and display battery-related data and the application of teaching system software.
2. The battery PACK consists of four battery modules in series. Each module contains six lithium iron phosphate batteries in series. The whole battery pack contains 24 batteries with a capacity of 20A.h.
3. Module adopts PCB board design connection, PCB board design temperature detection and insurance, using imported connectors to prevent data loss, to ensure the reliability of the connection and the number of insertions.
4. Equipped with vehicle gauge level distributed battery management system, real-time monitoring of power battery pack related data through PC software and BMS. The battery management system shell is designed with aluminum shell, which meets the lightweight design standards of automobiles.
5. The upper computer software system can set the battery charge/discharge current, battery capacity, charge/discharge cut-off voltage, temperature and other parameters, while supporting to view the data running status.
6. The vehicle charger adopts CAN communication and real-time interaction, and supports the national standard charging protocol. The high and low voltage output outlets are connected by vehicle gauge high voltage connectors.
7. The high voltage distribution box, BMS and charging module of the detection platform are packaged with transparent acrylic panels, and the internal structure is clearly visible, which is easy to teach the structure principle.
8. The relay operation indicator light is installed, so that students can observe the closed state of the relay when the high voltage output and input are in the learning process, and visually read the power-on logic.
9. The equipment has high voltage interlock detection, relay adhesion detection, high voltage insulation detection, pre-charge detection and other functions.
10. The equipment conforms to the pre-charging logic of the vehicle, and when the pre-charging fails, the relay will not be closed to deliver high voltage to ensure the safety of the equipment.
11. The low-voltage wiring harness of the equipment has tensile reliability and connection reliability, each wiring harness has a number tube identification pin and pin definition, and can provide wiring harness design diagram for students to learn.
12. The configuration of national standard AC charging port and charging machine can complete the charging line principle and practical training teaching.
13. The testing platform supports national standard ≤7kw AC charging pile direct charging and DC charging pile charging.
14. The platform is equipped with a load system with a maximum power of 1.5KW and flexible control of the time when the battery pack is fully discharged to meet the needs of modern teaching and competition.
15. The load controller mode switch control can not only meet the intuitive teaching and practical training, but also have good compatibility.
