Product Overview:
This experimental device dismounting bench and connect console that is independent from each other by using parts related to engine and controlled running shipped from original factory.The dismounting bench is composed of basin,roll-over stand ,reduction gears and oil collection basin.During dismounting ,the engine can make 360 degrees rotation and stay in any angle to make dismounting work easy and convenient .Large-area oil collection basin can ensure tools,,parts can machine oil win not fall to the ground so as to cultivate good working habits .Control console is composed of electronic controlled system,oil supply and air iniet and outer system .This bench is used into running test for assembled engine .With line detection terminal and diagnosis plug of original car that are installed additionally,it can control comprehensive circuit test .With them .it can fully satisfy the requirement throughout the process from dismounting restoring,running and commissioning to inspection of engine.It is applicable to the practice training and practical training and practice teaching for secondary and higher vocational technical schools a well as automobile engine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions
Main Function:
1.It is applicable to the training assessment on practical operation skills of students in various automobile majors.
2 Training about the knowledge of structure and control system of engine is available.
3.Training of dismounting and assembling of engine is offered,and students can perform practical operation such as dismounting and repairing of engine on dismounting bench,during dismounting, engine can make rotation at any angle and keep static. After it is connected with running stand, electronic controlled system and fuel system on engine dismounting stand initiate and engine starts running,students can practically operate and be trained about working condition of engine .e.g. start up,idling,acceleration and deceleration.
4. Dismounting and control system that are separately installed, never interfere each other and convenient for connection, can test assembly effect in appropriate time and fully satisfy the requirements throughout the process from dismounting, restoring, running and commissioning to inspection of engine.
5.The training bench adopts senior teaching panel (including integral electronic controlled circuit and schematic diagram)that is consist of computer engraving color schematic ,and has consistent color with lines of original car. the panel is equipped with electronic controlled circuit test terminal,combination instrument and diagnosis plug of original car.the computer test equipment is applied to do self diagnosis,fault code reading and data flow test to electronic controlled unit.
6.Combination instrument can reflect working conditions (eg rotation speed, vehicle speed, water temperature, oil volume etc) of
engine in real time way Switch freely from teaching to test function.
7.fault setting function can set the manual fault setting,intelligent multiple function integrated unit system or intelligent
fault setting assessment system according to use's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface);
8.After fault setting students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and
clearing practices.
9. Model can be customized according to customer's requirements.
