Product Introduction:
The AC/DC charging intelligent training platform needs to be equipped with national standard AC charging and DC charging modules, which can perform AC or DC charging for the training platform or system.
Technical requirements:
1. The training platform needs to be equipped with a national standard AC 7KW charging module, including: charging card module, billing module, control module, etc., arranged horizontally to visually display the internal structure of the AC charging equipment.
2. The AC charging module is configured with a national standard AC charging port. It can charge the discharge load inside the training platform through an analog vehicle charger, visually demonstrating the AC charging process. It can also charge the system or interconnected training platforms.
3. The training platform is equipped with a national standard DC 7KW charging module (50V - 750V), which can perform DC charging on the system.
4. The training platform can set and eliminate common faults for AC charging and DC charging circuits separately, such as: poor communication of AC and DC meters, over-temperature of AC and DC charging guns, over-voltage input of AC charging machines, etc.
5. To meet the convenience and intuitiveness of practical teaching, the training platform needs to include both the DC charging part and the AC charging part. The DC charging part must have the following basic modules: DC charging card area, main control module, over-temperature detection module, upper computer, indicator lights, power switch, emergency stop switch, DC charging gun, fan, etc. The modules should be arranged reasonably and displayed intuitively, and each module should be equipped with corresponding text labels.

6. The measurement panel uses a 5mm thick acrylic plate. The surface of the panel is painted with the names of the detection terminals. The teaching board frame is made of integrated profiles with a width of 200mm and a profile thickness of 1.5mm, which is more beautiful and elegant.
7. The equipment is equipped with an air switch to enhance safety protection. An emergency stop button is installed. In case of an emergency, pressing the emergency stop switch will cut off the power supply, causing the equipment to lose power, achieving multiple safety protections. The stand is equipped with universal wheels, which have a locking mechanism. The stand is made of steel and the panel is laid flat.
8. The training platform converts protocol data information through a CAN to USB device to achieve data transmission between BMS and the micro-computing module. The micro-computing module adopts a fanless low-power design.
