Production process:
1, detection panel: using 4MM thick aluminum-plastic plate as the base plate, the surface image is formed by high-precision UV flat printing technology, and then through the CNC engraving machine, the overall panel image is clear
2, parts fixing process: the fixed bracket of the accessories on the panel are processed by CNC machine tools
3, the panel frame adopts 40*40MM aluminum profile, and the bottom frame adopts 40*80MM aluminum profile bottom frame (the actual thickness of aluminum profile is not less than 3MM)
4. The assembly process of aluminum profile frame is fixed by sinking screws, and the grooves on the profile surface are sealed by special colored rubber strips, making the surface complete and beautiful
5, the important load-bearing parts of aluminum profiles are equipped with special Angle codes for secondary reinforcement
