Product Overview:

Applying brand new AJR four-cylinder multi-point EFI anti-theft engine as the basis, this bench can truly display the structural composition and working procedures of gasoline engine. Be applicable to the practical training and practice teaching for secondary and senior vocational technical schools as well as automobile engine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions, it can meet the teaching needs of EFI gasoline engine structural composition, working principle, fault setting and diagnosis.

Major Components:

It is mainly composed of EFI gasoline engine assembly, engine control unit, combination instrument, batteries, battery main switch, fuel tank, throttle device, diagnostic seat, fuel gauge, vacuum gauge, fault setting and troubleshooting systems, mobile bench,
computer engraving color schematics panel, supporting user's manual and experimental guide book etc.

Main Function:

1. The engine works fine and runs smoothly, truly displaying the structural composition and working procedures of EFI gasoline engine;
2. Pressure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display fuel pressure;
3. The numeration table displays voltage change of each sensor;
4. Vacuum pressure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display intake vacuum pressure;
5. Injector pulse and throttle opening change value are clearly displayed by LED lamps;
6. Complete electric control system schematics and detection terminals are installed on the bench panel. Various signal parameters like voltage, resistance and frequency etc. of each senpor and actuator etc.are tested by instruments and meters.
7. With data detection port, the bench can realize diagnostic functions like read fault codes and clear fault codes, read dynamic data stream and parameter setting etc. by special instruments.
8. Intelligent fault-setting appraisal system
(1.)The bench is equipped with WEINVIEW 5.7-inch color manual LCD intelligent fault touch screen. With intelligent communication interface, it has intelligent fault setting function. Fault is set by the intelligent assessment software on computer. According to the fault symptom, the students carry out detection on the bench by testing tools and apply computer software answering questions.
The assessment software can finish the evaluation work automatically.
(2. )Any circuit breaker, virtual access and other symptoms can be set freely; various common faults in relate with module feet can be set and controlled.
(3. )With the functions of intelligence failures setting and automatic scoring, it is applicable to all levels of training and assessment. The main interface is "Intelligent Auto Teaching Equipment Fault Setting Network System". When it requires assessment, the training equipment can be set with different faults by the teacher. Examiners judge the fault type and position by symptoms. Press the button switch near the corresponding device of each function, then the fault can be eliminated.
(4. )Each button will pop out different system assessments by touching, and corresponding single fault point can be set on each training bench according to the requirements of actual training and the examinee's levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced); the teacher's interface and the student's interface are separate when setting fault, the teacher enters teacher's interface to set questions by password and the students answer questions in common interface. The system carries out automatic assessment scoring.
(5. )It can be connected to any device and installed according to customers' requirements.
