The test bench is equipped with Tesla pure electric vehicle original ternary lithium power battery; Round Gui shaped 18650 battery cells; Composed of 2 modules in total; By observing the structure and measuring the voltage internal resistance, students can master the basic knowledge and measurement methods of ternary lithium batteries (cylindrical).

Main components:
The test stand consists of a Tesla 18650 battery module and a training platform;

Main functions :
Learn the composition, structure, materials, and packaging methods of ternary lithium batteries through dissecting components. By measuring the volume and voltage of the complete battery, calculating energy density, and learning battery related parameters. 3. Provide a battery charger to conduct charging and discharging experiments on the battery, and learn the charging and discharging characteristics of ternary lithium batteries

Production process:

1. Detection panel: Using 4mm thick aluminum-plastic plate as the bottom plate, the surface image is formed by high-precision UV flat printing technology, and then drilled by CNC engraving machine, resulting in clear overall panel image;

2. Component fixing process: The fixing brackets of the accessories on the panel are all processed by CNC machine tools;

3. The panel frame adopts 40 * 40mm aluminum profile, and the bottom frame is composed of 40 * 80mm aluminum profile bottom frame and 25mm
thick unpainted tabletop board (the actual thickness of the aluminum profile is not less than 3mm);

4. The aluminum profile frame assembly process adopts a sinking screw fixation design, and the surface grooves of the profile are sealed with special colored rubber strips, which are complete and beautiful 5. Install aluminum profile special corner codes on important load-bearing parts of aluminum profiles for secondary reinforcement;
