Product Overview:
Equipped with electronic cruise control system assembly and relevant supporting control system, through changing signals of engine speed controller, vehicle speed controller, transmission gear controller, and cruise control switch, this board can dynamically display the whole working process of electronic cruise system. Besides, with fault setting zone and dearing zone that adopts PCB, it can simulate actual working conditions and set up multiple faults. It is applicable to the theoretical learning and practice operation for secondary and higher vocational technical schools in terms of auto electronic cruise system.
Main Components:
It is mainly composed of cruise control unit, electronic accelerator pedal, combination instrument, cruise control switch, brake switch, neutral start
switch and other acces computer engraving color schematics panel, fault setting and clearing system, mobile bench, supporting user's manual and experimental guide book etc.
Main Functions:
Equipped with electronic cruise control system assembly and relevant supporting control system, through changing signals of engine speed controller vehicle speed controller, transmission gear controller, and cruise control switch, this board can dynamically display the whole working process of electronic cruise system. Besides, with fault setting zone and dearing zone that adopts PCB, it can simulate actual working conditions and set up multiple faults. 1. Color circuit diagram of original car and digital voltmeter; 2. Externally connected computer testing terminal is convenient to test voltage or resistance; 3. It displays dynamically acceleration, deceleration, upslope and downslope; 4. Diagnostic plug is installed on the board and connects special or general decoder for performing self-diagnostic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data stream; 5. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface); 6. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices; Fault simulation function is provided to evaluate experimental status of students; 7. User can add corresponding functions as required.

The bench welded by GB-quality steel and the panel steel cabinet formed by stamping are treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish, beautiful and durable; 3. Plate in schematic circuit diagram: aluminum plate 4mm thick; material for test cabinet: cold plate maintenance fledoor 1.2 mm thick; 4. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is convenient for students to understand the working process of electronic controlled cruise system; 5. Testing terminal: 8mm stainless terminal; 6. 6mm LED indicator lamp: 7. Overall dimension: 1260x850x 1800mm.
