1, the use of permanent magnet synchronous motor for cutting, fully demonstrate the internal and external structure of electric vehicle motor mechanism, motor armature and rotor mechanism, all kinds of motor winding methods and their working principles and processes

 

2. Use single-speed transmission for cutting, fully display the internal structure of electric vehicle transmission, and master the structural characteristics of pure electric vehicle transmission

 

3, supporting large speed ratio stepless speed regulating motor, installed on the drive motor spindle, simulate the power transmission distribution of vehicle drive operation

Detection panel:
1, using 4MM thick aluminum-plastic plate as the base plate, the surface image is formed by high-precision UV flat panel printing technology, and then through CNC engraving and opening, the overall panel image is clear

 

2, parts fixing process, the fixed bracket of the panel accessories are processed by CNC machine tools

 

3, the panel frame is made of 40*40MM aluminum profile, and the bottom frame is made of 40*80mm aluminum profile bottom frame +25mm thick no-paint desktop board (the actual thickness of aluminum profile is not less than 3mm).

 

4. The assembly process of aluminum profile frame is fixed by sinking screws, and the grooves on the profile surface are sealed by special colored rubber strips, making the surface complete and beautiful
