1. Industrial robot (these are the parameters for one unit, there are a total of 6 units) Body:

2. Quick-change tools - 1 set:
1) Tool quick-change system: The robot arm is equipped with a flange-end quick-change module, enabling automatic switching between different tools without human intervention. 6 pneumatic signals, rated load ≥ 3kg.
2) Gripping tool: It contains a tool-end quick-change module and a flange-end quick-change module for stable grasping, transporting and stacking of materials.
3) Suction cup tool: It contains a tool-end quick-change module and a flange-end quick-change module.
4) Screw locking tool: It contains a tool-end quick-change module and a flange-end quick-change module, with an aluminum alloy structure, capable of locking M4 internal hexagonal screws.
3. Gluing unit 1 set:
1) The size of the 3D trajectory board is ≥ 450mm × 250mm, and it has an arch surface with a radius of ≥ 55mm.
2) The trajectory path includes circles, triangles, complex contours, spline curves, as well as reference coordinate systems at different positions and orientations.
3) A pointed cone for tool TCP parameter calibration is provided, made of stainless steel, which can be freely fixed at any position on the 3D trajectory board.
4) It contains 2 trajectory drawings that can be automatically adhered to the 3D trajectory board.
4. One set of stacking unit:
1) The raw material platform is composed of aluminum profiles and carbon steel guide channels, and it achieves automatic material arrangement through height differences. It can accommodate up to 6 types of materials for storage.
2) It includes simulated materials, made of POM material, with dimensions of ≥ 65mm × 32.5mm × 15mm, totaling 6 pieces. It adopts an I-shaped design for convenient clamping by grippers, enabling the transfer and stacking training between two stack platforms.
5. Visual Inspection Unit 1 set:
1) The visual inspection adopts CCD or CMOS camera detection, with an effective pixel number of 1600×1200, color detection, camera area ≥ 7.1mm×5.4mm, 128 scene numbers, the number of stored images ≥ 43, the process editing function can be utilized to create processing procedures, supports serial RS-232C and network Ethernet communication, provides high-speed input 1 point, high-speed output 4 points, general input 9 points and general output 23 points parallel communication, provides DVI-I monitoring output.
2) A circular light source is provided, with an inner diameter of ≥ 76mm and an outer diameter of ≥ 120mm, with a power supply voltage of 24V.
3) The visual inspection results and collected image information are displayed immediately on the monitor, facilitating the adjustment of visual inspection parameters and status monitoring.
6. Assembly inspection unit 1 set:
1) The installation detection unit contains 4 identical assembly detection stations, which can cooperate with industrial robots to complete the installation and detection functions of PCB special-shaped chips. The installation of these 4 stations is supported by a frame built with aluminum profiles.
2) The overall size of the installation detection station is ≥ 410mm × 190mm × 180mm. The structure is made of aluminum alloy and is divided into a base plate, an installation platform, and a detection bracket.
3) The installation platform is installed on double-row linear slide rails, with a width of ≥ 9mm and a length of ≥ 300mm. It is driven by pneumatic power and has an inner diameter of ≥ 16mm, an effective travel of ≥ 200mm, and a safety holding force of ≥ 140N.
4) The lifting of the detection bracket is driven by pneumatic power, with an inner diameter of ≥ 16mm, an effective travel of ≥ 20mm, and is equipped with an LED light guide plate.
5) The base plate is equipped with red and green indicator lights, which are used to indicate whether the installation is correct or if there are any defects in the chip after the detection is completed.
7. Screw feeding unit 1 set:
1) Adopting fully automatic design and rotary material distribution design, the screw supply speed is fast, the machine vibration is small, and the stable material supply and extraction effect is achieved.

8. Raw material warehouse 1 set:
1) There are 4 material zones in the single layer, which can be used separately to store special-shaped chip parts, covers and PCB circuit boards.
2) The overall arc-shaped design has an inner radius of ≥ 500mm, facilitating the robot to grasp the materials.
9. Electronic product PCB circuit boards - 5 sets:
1) The electronic product PCB circuit board is composed of special-shaped chip parts, PCB circuit board and cover plate. The PCB circuit board and cover plate are fastened by screws.
2) Special-shaped chip parts include chips of different shapes and colors such as circular, small rectangle, large rectangle, square, etc., which are used to represent components such as CPU, integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc.
3) The PCB circuit board has a size of ≥120mm×120mm and a thickness of ≥12mm. It is drawn with analog circuit diagrams and leaves positions for installing different special-shaped chip parts. The circuit diagrams and chip part installation positions of each PCB circuit board are different, representing different electronic products. There are screw holes at the four corners.
10. Control Panel 1 set:
1) Provide multiple fault setting points to simulate different fault scenarios.
2) Provide quick-connect sockets for circuit signals and gas path signals, facilitating the completion of electrical wiring and training for debugging.
3) Include an industrial HMI touch screen as the human-machine interaction interface.
11. Main control system - 1 set:
1) The integrated control is achieved by using high-performance PLC.
2) The electrical control components are of high-quality products, including filtering, short-circuit protection and other safety mechanisms.
3) The front of the workbench provides safety devices for operation, using a grating sensor. The number of optical axes is 8, and the optical axis spacing is ≥ 40mm.
4) The operation process can be recorded and collected by a camera. The focal length is 2.8mm, with a wide-angle range, clarity of 720p, photosensitive area of 1/3 inch, IP66 waterproof and dustproof, and it can be connected to the cloud for monitoring via WiFi. The monitoring information can be stored in an expansion storage card.
5) The air supply system has a power of 600W, an exhaust volume of 118L/min, a storage tank of 24L, a noise of 52db, silent and oil-free, and is equipped with high-quality air path control components and vacuum components.
12. Workbench 1 unit:
1) Aluminum alloy frame, plexiglass door, carbon steel sheet metal side and bottom plates, the front and back can be opened to store equipment and items.
2) The size of the aluminum profile frame is ≥ 2200mm × 1200mm × 700mm.
3) The installation surface is an aluminum T-shaped groove, the surface size is ≥ 2100mm × 1100mm, and the thickness is ≥ 20mm.
