Function description
The automobile motor battery system is miniaturized into 36 volt lithium battery pack module, BMS management system module, motor control module, motor and generator module, which can display the functions of overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature and balance control of battery management, and can display the functions of motor startup, operation and brake energy feedback.
1.36V lithium battery pack: consists of 10 strings of 18650 batteries in series. The positive and negative terminals of all battery cells are drawn out through terminals, and the voltage of each cell can be measured separately. All terminals have overcurrent protection. Can withstand direct short circuit without damage or danger.
2. Lithium battery BMS management system: Complete the voltage detection of each battery unit in the system, overcharge, overcurrent, overdischarge protection, and balanced control of the charging process. With a 70A protection cut-off capability. Charge balancing function In the charging process, the battery cell with high voltage is actively balanced, and the indicator is indicated, and finally the battery can reach the same voltage after being fully charged under the condition of performance deviation.
3. Three-phase motor controller: generates 3-phase speed regulation power output required for motor operation to drive the motor.
4. Three-phase motor and generator: The motor is driven by the motor controller module and rotates, and the motor is connected to the generator through an aluminum coupling, so that the generator can be generated from the three-phase alternating current output of the motor.
5. Power commutation-transformer module: rectifier, filter, boost the three-phase AC output of the generator module, and feedback the energy to the DC bus. The feedback output current can be adjusted, so it can produce an adjustable feedback reaction force to control the braking force of the motor.
6. Android APP software: Connected to BMS system through Bluetooth, you can set parameters such as overpressure threshold, underpressure threshold, overtemperature threshold, balanced pressure difference, balanced current, and battery physical capacity on the mobile phone. Can be directly operated to close the discharge switch, charging switch.
7. Process standard: Precision green double-sided glass fiber PCB board is used as the system circuit carrier, the board surface is sprayed with white paint to make the system circuit schematic, and the function terminals are clearly defined.
