*2.3. Battery structure design:
Since the charge and discharge current of the battery is large and more heat is generated when it is used, the volume and power consumption of the battery pack are large if the centrifugal fan is used for heat dissipation, so the battery pack is considered to adopt the structure of four battery packs to improve the heat dissipation effect, and each battery pack is configured with two axial flow fans for the cooling of the battery pack. The battery pack has the same dimensions, and the battery module and management system are arranged inside. The battery pack leads the air conditioner in the car to dissipate heat. Exhaust air to the outside of the car. The external size of the battery pack is about: 710mm*496mm*246mm, and the number and structure of the battery pack can be adjusted according to the requirements of the vehicle.

3. Battery system layout
The 264V40Ah power system consists of four battery packs, a junction box and a main control box, and is installed in the car. The battery pack and main control box are easy to remove and connect. Take waterproof and dustproof measures at the air inlet and outlet. The battery pack draws air from the car to cool the battery and exhaust the air to the outside of the car to avoid the accumulation of hot air in the battery cabin and the circulation of hot air inside. When the vehicle is arranged, it should ensure that the power system in and out of the wind channel is smooth! The distance between the air inlet and outlet of the battery pack and the barrier is greater than 100mm. In addition, avoid fan blowing or hot air circulation between different batteries

The battery pack box is made of steel plate and sprayed on the surface. Each battery pack is equipped with two 24V DC fans (4 x 2=8 in total). When the battery reaches the set temperature, the battery pack is forcibly air-cooled. Fan and management system power supply
