Product Overview:
The training bench comprises the whole vehicle electrical appliances for Audi A6 and gives a full display of the structural compositions and working process of them. It is applicable to the theoretical learning and practical operations of auto electrical system for secondary and higher vocational technical schools. Major Components: Audi A6 ignition system, electrical control system of engine, starting system, charging system, wiper system, lighting system, power door and window, dashboard system, audio system, terminal block and wiring, wiring diagram, fault setting and clearing system, mobile bench, high capacity battery or 2V switching power supply, user's manual and training instruction book.
Main Functions:
1. Full display of structural compositions and working process for all electrical systems of Audi A6 can achieve teaching and learning effects; 3. A special fault setting area and clearing area to set many kinds of common faults for simulating, detecting and clearing faults; 4. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is good looking and durable, convenient for students to analyze and understand the working process of whole vehicle electrical appliances; 5. Diagnostic plug is installed on the bench and connects special or general decoder for performing self-diagnostic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes 6. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface); 7. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices; select and set the intelligent fault setting assessment system (equipped with communication interface or network interface); 8. User-selectable functions: The selectable function is using PLC or microcomputer procedure to form a network system and achieve control of multiple student test terminals (student unit made by experimental box) connected to and controlled by a main control computer. Each student terminal and bench control panel has the same control circuit diagram and detection point. If main control bench fails to work, the student terminal can detect the same fault. Meanwhile, the student terminal may also conduct the parameter detecting and analysis of all sensors and actuators with the main control bench. Each student terminal may obtain the same teaching effect as the main control bench.
