Product Overview:
Appying brand new auto, this board can display structural composition of engine electronic controlled system, and simulate engine running. The teaching board can produce sparl plug ignition, oil pump working, spray nozzle to inject oil, pointer type oil pressure gauge displaying fuel pressure, each sensor equipped with digital voltmeter and actuation device o act, can display working process of engine electronic controlled system.

Main Components:
Lis mainly composed of engine electronic controlled unit, sensor, actuator, testing terminal, combination instrument, fault setting and clearing system, large-volume battery or 12V power switching power supply, computer color schematics panel, control panel, mobile bench, supporting user's manual and experimental guide book etc.

Main Functions:
1. It displays structural composition of engine electronic controlled system and simulates engine running. The teaching board can produce spark plug ignition, oil pump working, spray nozzle to inject oil, and actuation device to act, can display working process of engine electronic controlled system.
2. Testing terminal installed on the panel can test signal parameters of sensor and actuator through instrument, e.g. voltage, resistance and frequency, etc;
3. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is beautiful, durable and convenient for students to analyze and understand the working process of auto electrical system;
4. Diagnostic plug is installed on the board and connects special or general decoder for performing self-diagnestic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data stream;
5. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or inteiligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface);
6. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices;
7. Model can be customized according to customer's requirements.
