Quick Change Tool Unit, 1 piece:
1) Tool quick-change system: The robot arm is equipped with a flange-end quick-change module, enabling automatic switching between different tools. It has 6 pneumatic signals, a rated load of 3kg, a thickness of 38mm, and a weight of 138g.
2) Gripper tool: It contains a tool-end quick-change module and a flange-end quick-change module for compatibility. It is driven by pneumatic components. The single finger stroke is 6mm, the clamping force is 110N, and the internal supporting force is 90N. The structural components are made of aluminum alloy. It can quickly grasp pen-shaped tools, simulation workpieces, and material blocks and accurately position them.
3) Glue gun tool: It contains a tool-end quick-change module and a flange-end quick-change module for compatibility. The total length is 127mm. The shell is made of aluminum material. It can be used for trajectory programming training to simulate the coating of the shell of the simulated part by cooperating with the trajectory drawing. The pen core can be replaced, and the pen core can move 10mm to prevent collision damage.
Gluing unit 1 set:
1) The size of the 3D trajectory board is 380*220mm.
2) The trajectory path includes circles, triangles, complex contours, spline curves, as well as reference coordinate systems at different positions and pointing directions.
3) A pointed cone for tool TCP parameter calibration is provided, made of stainless steel, which can be freely fixed at any position on the trajectory board.
4) There is also an installation base plate with a handle included, with dimensions of 500*250mm.
Packing unit 1 set:
1) The raw material platform is composed of aluminum profiles and carbon steel guide channels, and it uses the height difference to achieve automatic arrangement of materials, capable of storing up to 6 types of materials.
2) The stacking platform is made up of a tabletop and supports. The tabletop is of aluminum profile structure, with dimensions of 170*145*10mm, and is supported by aluminum alloy profiles, with a height of 120mm. It can meet various forms of stacking.
3) It includes simulated materials, with a material size of POM, 64*32*15mm, and 6 pieces. It adopts an I-shaped design for convenient clamping by grippers, enabling transportation and stacking training between the two stacking platforms.
4) It includes an installation base plate with a handle, with dimensions of 390*270*5mm.
Workbench 1 set:
1) Aluminum alloy frame, acrylic door, carbon steel sheet metal side and bottom plates, the front and back can be opened to store equipment and items;

Control system, 1 set:
1. As the control core, the PLC provides a PROFINET communication interface, with a working memory of 100KB and a load memory of 4MB. The CPU board is equipped with 14 digital input points, 10 digital output points, and 2 analog input interfaces. The Boolean operation execution speed is 0.08 μs per instruction, the moving word execution speed is 1.7 μs per instruction, and the real number mathematical operation execution speed is 2.3 μs per instruction. There are 2 PROFINET ports for data communication between programming, HMI and PLC.
2. The air supply system has a power of 600W, an exhaust volume of 118L/min, a maximum pressure of 8 bar, a storage tank of 24L, a noise level of 52db, silent and oil-free, and is equipped with well-known brand air path control components and vacuum components.
