Product Overview:
Applying auto wiper system as the basis, this board can display structural composition and working process of auto wiper system, and satisfy the teaching needs of structure, working principle, fault setting and diagnosis of auto wiper system. Main Components:
It is mainly composed of wiper switch, wiper controller, wiper linkage mechanism, wiper motor, spray motor, blow can, water spray nozzle, DCI2V power supply, computer color schematics panel, fault setting and clearing system, control panel, mobile bench, supporting user's manual and experimental guide book etc.
Main Functions:
1. Applying auto wiper system as the basis, this board can display structure and working principle of wiper system;
2. Testing terminal installed on the board can test signal parameters of each pin and electrical device, e.g. resistance, voltage, current and frequency, etc;
3. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is beautiful, durable and convenient for students to analyze and understand the working process of auto wiper system;
4. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface);
5. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices;
6. It is applicable to training and appraisal in each level;

3. Plate in schematic circuit diagram: aluminum plate 4mm thick; material for test cabinet: cold plate maintenance fledoor 1.2 mm thick;
