Product Overview:
This experimental device designs dismounting bench and control console that is independent from each other by using spare parts related to engine and electronic controlled running shipped from original factory. The dismounting bench is composed of basin, roll-over stand, reduction gears and oil collection basin. During dismounting, the engine can make 360 degrees rotation and stay stably in any angle to make dismounting work easy and convenient. Large-area oil collection basin can ensure tools, parts and machine oil will not fall to the ground so as to cultivate good working habits. Control console is composed of electronic controlled system, cooling system, oil supply system and air inlet and outlet system. This bench is used into running test for assembled engine. With line detection terminal and diagnosis plug of original car that are installed additionally, it can control comprehensive circuit test. With them, it can fully satisfy the requirements throughout the process from dismounting, restoring, running and commissioning to inspection of engine. It is applicable to the practical training and practice teaching for secondary and higher vocational technical schools as well as automobile engine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions.
