4, equipped with vehicle-grade distributed battery management system, with the upper computer software and BMS real-time monitoring of power battery pack data. The battery management system shell adopts aluminium shell design, which is in line with the standard of lightweight design.
5,The upper computer software system can set the battery charging/discharging current, battery capacity, charging/discharging cut-off voltage, temperature and other parameters, and at the same time support to view the data running status.
6,The vehicle charger adopts CAN communication for real-time interaction and supports the national standard charging protocol. High and low voltage output ports are connected with vehicle-grade high-voltage connectors.
7, testing platform high-voltage distribution box, BMS, charging module, etc. using transparent acrylic panel package, the internal structure of the composition is clearly visible, easy to teach the structural principle.
8, the installation of relay operation indicator lights, so that students in the learning process, can observe the high-voltage power output and input relay closure status, intuitive read out the power logics
9, the device has a high-voltage interlock detection, relay adhesion detection, high-voltage insulation detection, pre-charge detection and other functions.
