The teaching bench comprises the whole vehicle electrical appliance for passat  b5 and gives a full display of the structural compositions and working process of them.It is applicable to the theoretical learning and practical operations of auto electrical system for sencondary and higher vocational technical schools.

Passant b5 ignition system,electrical control system of engine,starting system,charging system,lighting system ,power door and window,dashboard system,audio system,terminal block and wiring diagrak,fault setting and clearing system ,mobile bench,high capacity battery or12v switching power supply,users manual and training instruction book.

Main Function:
1,Full display of structural compositions and working process of all electrical systems of paasant b5 can achieve ideal teaching and learning effects;

2,A special fault setting area and learing area to set may kinds of common faults for simulating,detecting and clearing fault

3,The face panel madeof aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is good looking and durable,convenient for students to analyze and understand the working process of whole vehicle electrical appliances:

4,Diagnositic plug is installed on the bench and connectd spcial or general decoder for performing self-diagram function,such as reading fault code,clearing fault codes and reading data stream.

5,Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch,intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to useer choice(equipped with communication intrface or networki interface)

6,After fault setting,students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices

7,User-selectable function is using PLC or microcomputer procedure to form a network system and achieve control of multiple student set terminals(student unit made by experimental box)connected to and controlled by a main contrilled computer.Each student terminal and bench control panel has the same control circuit diagram and detection point.If main control bench fails to work ,the student termianl can detect same fault,Meanwhile,the student terminal may also conduct the parameter decting and analysis of all sensors and actuators with the main control bench.Each student terimial may obtain the same teaching effects as the main control bench.

1,Nylon univeral casters:with diameter of 75mm and width of 35mm,the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching 

2,Being welded by GB-quality steeland treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking paint,the bench is good looking and durable.

3,Plate in scematic sircuit diagram:aluminum lait 4mm thick :material for test cabinent:cold plate maintenance flexdoor 1.2mm thick
