2) Clamping tool: Includes a tool end quick-change module and a flange end quick-change module for stable grasping and handling of palletized materials.
3) Suction cup tool: Includes a tool end quick-change module and a flange end quick-change module.
4) Screw locking tool: Includes a tool end quick-change module and a flange end quick-change module, with an aluminum structure, capable of locking M4 hexagonal screws.
4. Gluing unit: 1 set.
1) 3D trajectory board size: ≥ 450mm × 250mm, with a radius of ≥ 55mm.
2) Trajectory path includes circles, triangles, complex contours and spline curves, as well as different positions and directions of reference coordinate systems.
3) Provides a tool TCP parameter calibration cone, made of stainless steel, which can be freely fixed at any position on the 3D trajectory board.
4) Includes 2 trajectory drawings, which can be automatically adsorbed onto the 3D trajectory board.
5. Palletizing unit: 1 set.
1) Raw material platform is composed of aluminum profiles and carbon steel guide channels, using height differences to achieve automatic arrangement of materials, capable of accommodating up to 6 materials for storage.
2) Includes simulated materials, material POM, size ≥ 65mm × 32.5mm × 15mm, 6 pieces, with an I-shaped design for convenient clamping by the clamping tool, capable of transporting and palletizing between two palletizing platforms.
6. Visual Inspection Unit 1 set
1) ★The visual inspection adopts CCD or CMOS camera detection, with an effective pixel number of 1600×1200, color detection, camera area ≥ 7.1mm×5.4mm, 128 scene numbers, image storage capacity ≥ 43, can use the process editing function to create processing procedures, supports serial RS-232C and network Ethernet communication, provides parallel communication with 1 high-speed input point, 4 high-speed output points, 9 universal input points and 23 universal output points, provides DVI-I monitoring output

7. Assembly Inspection Unit 1 set
1) The installation inspection unit contains 4 identical assembly inspection stations, which can cooperate with industrial robots to complete the installation and inspection functions of PCB special-shaped chips. The installation of these 4 stations is supported by a frame built with aluminum profiles.
2) The overall size of the installation inspection station is ≥ 410mm × 190mm × 180mm. The structure is made of aluminum alloy and consists of a base plate, an installation platform, and a detection bracket.
3) The installation platform is installed on a double-row linear slide rail, with a width of ≥ 9mm and a length of ≥ 300mm. It is driven by pneumatic means, with an inner diameter of ≥ 16mm, an effective travel of ≥ 200mm, and a safety holding force of ≥ 140N.
4) The lifting of the detection bracket is driven by pneumatic means, with an inner diameter of ≥ 16mm, an effective travel of ≥ 20mm, and is equipped with an LED light guide plate.
5) The base plate is equipped with red and green indicator lights, which are used to indicate whether the installation is correct and whether the chip has any defects after the inspection.

3) PCB circuit boards, size ≥ 120mm × 120mm, thickness ≥ 12mm, with simulated circuit wiring diagrams drawn on it, leaving installation positions for different irregular chip parts, each PCB circuit board's wiring diagram and chip part installation positions are different, representing different electronic products, providing screw holes at the four corners.

13. Workbench 1 unit
