Product Overview :
This device can be used in conjunction with normally operating pure electric cars, transforming the entire vehicle into an online fault detection and assessment platform without damaging any wiring harness of the original vehicle. It can detect and diagnose the dynamic and static signal parameters of the original vehicle's motor control unit in real time. Mechanical gear shifting can be used to set faults in the main control unit, and faults such as open circuit, virtual connection, and short circuit can be set in the main circuit of the main control unit. The fault setting method is reliable. Applicable to the teaching needs of pure electric vehicle theory and maintenance practical training in vocational and technical colleges and general education colleges.

Main functions:

1. There is line schematic diagram in the training platform, and the terminal voltage measurement hole is installed to measure the real-time voltage of all key signals, and the measurement tools such as oscilloscope and multimeter can be connected for detection

 

2. The practical training test platform is equipped with terminal voltage signal acquisition device, students test terminal signal sending device, and fault signal sending device. Students can detect and troubleshoot faults through the terminal device

1, detection panel: using 4MM thick aluminum-plastic plate as the base plate, the surface image is formed by high-precision UV flat printing technology, and then through the CNC engraving machine, the overall panel image is clear

 

2, parts fixing process: the fixed bracket of the accessories on the panel are processed by CNC machine tools

 

3, the panel frame is made of 40*40MM aluminum profile, and the bottom frame is made of 40*80MM aluminum profile bottom frame +25MM thick no-paint desktop board (the actual thickness of aluminum profile is not less than 3MM).

 

4. The assembly process of aluminum profile frame is fixed by sinking screws, and the grooves on the profile surface are sealed by special colored rubber strips, making the surface complete and beautiful

 

5, the important load-bearing parts of aluminum profiles are equipped with special Angle codes for secondary reinforcement
