Main Function:

5,The actual automatic transmission system controls the computer ECU to realize the control of the test process;
6, through the output shaft speed measurement table to observe the output speed in different gears, to judge the shift situation;
7,Adopt hydraulic mechanical loading method, through the hydraulic system to the output shaft connected to the friction disk pressure and produce braking force;
8, the test bench bracket is made of high-quality steel welding, the surface has been painted;
9, equipped with experimental instructions;
10, no battery, with DC12V power supply, reduce the trouble of charging, power supply has anti-short circuit function;
11, fully demonstrate the structure of the automatic transmission system components;
12, driven by the motor to simulate the engine power output, can demonstrate the automatic transmission neutral start, reverse gear operation, each forward gear jump gear operation and other work processes;
13, the test bench is installed with a diagnostic seat, can be connected to a special or general-purpose car decoder, the electronic control system to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data stream and other self-diagnostic functions;
14,Fault setting function, according to the user optional manual fault setting switch, intelligent multifunctional all-in-one system or intelligent fault setting assessment system. (Equipped with communication interface and network interface);
15,After setting the fault, students can use special instruments and meters to troubleshoot the fault by fault judgment exercise, check the location and content of the set fault point;
