Product Overview:
Applying Santana 3000 four-cylinder multi-point EFI anti-theft engine as the basis,this bench can truly display the structural composition and working procedures of gasoline engine .Be pplicable to the practical taining and practice teaching for sencondary and higher vocational technical schools as well as automobile construction and maintenace of automotive traning institutions,It can meet the teaching needs of FEI gasoline engine structural composition,working principle,fault and diagnosis.

Main Function:
1.The engine works fine and runs smoothly, truly displaying the structural composition and working procedures of EFl gasoline engine;

2. Pressure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display fuel pressure;

3. The numeration table displays voltage change of each sensor;

4. Vacuum pressure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display intake vacuum pressure;

5. Injector pulse and throttle opening change value are clearly displayed by LED lamps;

6. Complete electric control system schematics and detection terminals are installed on the bench panel. Various signal parameters like voltage, resistance and frequency etc. of each sensor and actuator etc.are tested by instruments and meters.

7. Diagnostic plug is installed on the bench and connects special or general decoder for performing self-diagnostic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data stream;

8. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, inteligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault seting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface);

9.After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices;

Major Components:
It is mainly composed of engine assembly,engine control unit,combination instrument,battrey main switch ,fuel tank,throttle device,diagnostic plug,fuel pressure gauge,vacuum pressure gauge,fault setting and clearing systems,mobile bench,computer engraving color schematics panel,supporting user maunal and experimental guide book etc.

1. Nylon universal caster:with diameter of 75mm and width of 35mm ,the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching

2. Being welded by GB-quality steel and treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish the bench is beautiful and durable
