ABS/EBD Brake System Test Bench
In this experiment, the automobile ABS/EBD braking system is composed of physical structure, and the motor is used to drive it, so that the real shift and test can be carried out, and the real ABS/EBD braking system composition and working principle can be reflected. Main components:
Inverter, motor, ABS/EBD controller, brake master pump, brake sub-pump, brake disc, pressure gauge, power supply, fault setting and troubleshooting system, computer engraving schematic color panel, movable bench, supporting instructions and experimental instructions, etc.
Main functions:
1, based on the original car ABS braking system, fully demonstrate the structure and composition of ABS/LED braking system;
2, the working principle and operation process of the ABS braking system are displayed by the LED light on the panel of the test bench, and the change of wheel speed is detected in real time;
3, the experimental platform panel engraved with a complete ABS/EBD braking system schematic and detection terminals, through the instrument table to detect the sensor, ABS/ASR control unit and other signal parameters, such as: voltage, resistance, frequency;
4, the test bench is installed with pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic change value of the brake main pump and brake sub-pump in real time;
5, ABS failure light shows whether the fault exists or not, automatic power off protection device, avoid motor drag, effectively protect electrical components;
6, the multi-disc clutch is used to connect the brake disc and the motor output shaft, which can realize the brake differential of each wheel;
7, the test bench is installed with a diagnostic seat, which can be connected to a special or general automotive decoder to read the fault code and clear the fault code for the electronic control system. Self-diagnosis function such as reading data stream;
8, fault setting function, according to the user and optional manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-functional machine system or intelligent fault setting assessment system (equipped with communication interface and network interface);
9, after setting the fault, students can use the special instrument table to judge and troubleshoot the fault, check the location and content of the fault point;
10, four wheels are made of modified wheels, and stainless steel guardrail is installed on both sides.
