Main functions:
1, with monomer voltage detection function, monomer and overall overvoltage, undervoltage warning and protection, charge and discharge overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, high temperature charge and discharge functions
2, the main components are installed on the platform, which can be convenient for disassembly and installation training, so that students can master the connection relationship and disassembly points of high-pressure system components in the disassembly and connection process
3, the installation tool can simulate the high voltage system disassembly, the supporting detection tool can measure the power battery module voltage, single voltage, temperature collection sensor resistance, single battery internal resistance, frequency and so on. The matching battery can carry out the series and parallel training of the same kind of single battery
4, equipped with multimedia display intelligent teaching system, through Bluetooth and lithium battery power battery management system connection for communication. Through the software can read the data flow, charge and discharge control
5, installed on the detection terminal, can detect the throttle depth sensor, electronic control and other dynamic or static parameters, such as resistance, voltage, frequency signals
Production process:
1, detection panel: using 4MM thick aluminum-plastic plate as the bottom plate, surface image
2, parts fixing process: the fixed bracket of the accessories on the panel are processed by using CNC machine tools
3, the panel frame adopts 40*40MM aluminum profile, the bottom frame adopts 40*80MM aluminum profile bottom frame (the actual thickness of aluminum profile is not less than 3MM)
4, the aluminum profile frame is equipped with a sinking screw fixed design, and the profile surface groove is sealed with a special color rubber, and the surface is complete and beautiful
5, the important load-bearing parts of aluminum profiles are equipped with special Angle codes for aluminum profiles and secondary reinforcement
