This experimental device designs dismounting bench and control console that is independent from each other by using spare parts related to engine and electronic controlled running shipped from original factory. This bench is used into running test for assembled engine. With line detection terminal and diagnosis plug of original car that are installed additionally, it can control comprehensive circuit test. With them, it can fully satisfy the requirements throughout the process from dismounting, restoring, running and commissioning to inspection of engine. It is applicable to the practical training and practice teaching for secondary and higher vocational technical schools as well as automobile engine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions.

*Main componentIt is mainly composed of engine assembly, ECU electronic controlled unit, instrument, fault setting and clearing system, oil pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, oil tank, batteries, diagnosis plug, heat dissipation system, reduction gears, roll-over stand, signal test zone corresponding to engine computer pin, mobile bench, computer engraving color schematics panel, supporting user's manual and experimental instruction book etc.

1. The universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching;

2. Being welded by GB-quality steel and treated with high-grade automobile high-temperature baking finish, the bench is beautiful and durable;

 

3. Being equipped with locking split maintenance door on the back, and formed by stamping and applying high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish treatment, the bench panel steel cabinet is durable and convenient for maintenance;

 

4. The whole bench has top part and bottom part which are convenient for transportation and equipment migration;

*Main functions
1. It is applicable to the training assessment on practical operation skills of students in various automobile majors;

2. Training about the knowledge of structure and control system of engine is available;

3. Training of dismounting and assembling of engine is offered, and students can perform practical operation such as dismounting and repairing of engine on dismounting  bench; during dismounting, engine can make rotation at any angle and keep static. after it is connected with running stand, electronic controlled system and fuel system on engine dismounting stand initiate and engine starts running, students can practically operate and trained about working conditions of engine e.g. start-up, idling, acceleration and deceleration;

4. Dismounting and control system that are separately installed, never interfere each other and convenient for connection, can test assembly effect in appropriate time and fully satisfy the requirements throughout the process from dismounting, restoring, running and commissioning to inspection of engine;

5. The training bench adopts senior teaching panel (including integral electronic controlled circuit and schematic diagram) that is consist of computer engraving color schematics, and has consistent color with lines of original car. The panel is equipped with electronic controlled circuit test terminal, combination instrument and diagnosis plug of original car. The computer test equipment is applied to do self-diagnosis, fault code reading and data flow test to electronic controlled unit;

6. Combination instrument can reflect working conditions (e.g. rotation speed, vehicle speed, water temperature, oil volume etc) of engine in real time way. Switch freely from teaching to test function;

7. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault diagnosis and clearing practices;
8. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices; 9. Model can be customized according to customer's requirements.
