Technical parameter
1. The training platform adopts the original air conditioning system of pure electric vehicle, and the outdoor temperature/clock LCD display of the original vehicle is installed to dynamically display temperature and time parameters. Fully demonstrate the structure and working principle of the electric air conditioning system of pure electric vehicles.
2. The air conditioning and refrigeration system adopts the original car integrated electric air conditioning compressor to show the working process and working principle of the pure electric vehicle air conditioning and refrigeration system.
3. The heating of the air conditioning system is generated by the original vehicle PTC heating liquid solution, showing the working process and working principle of the air conditioning heating system of pure electric vehicles.
4. The measuring panel of the training platform is made of 4mm aluminum-plastic plate, which must be aging resistant and corrosion resistant. The detection panel is printed with the name of the detection terminal, which can directly detect the electrical signal of the standby control unit pin on the panel, such as: resistance, voltage, frequency signal, etc., which should include: CAN-H, CAN-L, pressure temperature sensor pressure signal and temperature signal, warm and cold cycle motor, internal and external cycle motor, mode conversion motor, etc.
