Product overview:
Applying structural composition of electronic power steering (EPS), this bench can fully display the structural ccomposition and working principle of EPS and realize EPS fault testing and practice. Being applicable to class appraisal of EPS automobile vocational education, it can satisfy the teaching needs of EPS.

Main components:
Front suspension, direction machine, wheel, steering system computer, steering motor, steering wheel, pressure gauge, torque sensor signal(VT6) screen, torque sensor signal(VT3) screen, steering dial, steel movable bench, bench operation manual and experimental guide book of practical training subject.

Main functions:
1. It can adjust the torque of steering system based on engine speed and vehicle speed;
2. Self-diagnosis system equipped in the system can flash fault lamp in case of system failure;
3. The dial indicates steering angle;
4. Front wheel positioning test and adjustment are available;
5. It demonstrates working process of steering system of original car;
6. It demonstrate principle, function and change of electronic controlled steering system;
7. The adjustment and function of three factors in front wheel positioning;
8. It displays working status of suspension system;
9. Turn plate installed is used to measure and adjust front wheel positioning.
