Product overview
Applying structural composition of auto burglar alarm and center control door lock, this board can fully display the structural composition and working process of burglar alarm and center control door lock, and satisfy the teaching needs of structural composition, working principle, fault setting and diagnosis. It is applicable to the theoretical learning and practice operation for secondary and higher vocational technical schools in terms of auto burglar alarm and center control door lock.
Main components
It is mainly composed of center lock ECU of original car, glass lifting computer, glass lift, four-door locking maching, tail cover locking machine, door lock switch, relay, data line, large -volume battery or 12V switch power, fault setting and clearing system, computer engraving color schematics panel, mobile bench, supporting user's manual and experimental guide book etc.
Manufacture Technique
1. Nylon universal casters: With diameter of 75 mm and width 35 mm, the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching;
2.The bench welded by GB-quality steel and the panel steel cabinet formed by stamping are treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish, beautiful and durable;
3. Plate in schematic circuit diagram: aluminum plate 4mm thick; material for test cabinet: cold plate maintenance flexdoor 1.2mm thick;
4. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is convenient for students to understand the working process of Fengtian ES300 electronic controlled cruise system;
5. Testing terminal: 8mm stainless terminal;
6. 6mm LED indicator lamp.
7. Overall dimension: 1260mm*850mm*1800mm.
Main Functions
1. Applying auto burglar alarm and center control door lock as the basis, among which each system works normally, it can fully display the working principle and working process of burglar alarm and center control door lock;
2. Testing terminal installed on the board is used to test electrical signal of each pin and electrical appliance, e.g. resistance, voltage, current and frequency, etc;
3. It can display acceleration, deceleration, upslope and downslope.
4. Diagnostic plug is installed on the board and connects special of general decoder for performing self-diagnositc functions, such as reading faults codes, clearing fault codes and reading data stream;
5.Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface).
6. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices; Fault simulation function is provided to evaluate experimental status of students.
7. The face panel made of aluminum plate with computer engraved colored schematic diagram is beautiful, durable and convenient for students to analyse and understand the working process of cruise system.
8. User can add corresponding functions as required.
