Product Overview:
Applying the structural composition of Bora TDI electronic controlled diesel engine, this bench can dynamically display each working condition of engine. Being applicable to the practical training and practice teaching for secondary and higher vocational technical schools as well as automobile engine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions, it can meet the teaching needs of electronic controlled diesel engine structural composition, working principle, fault setting and diagnosis.
Main Components:
It is mainly composed of Bora TDI engine assembly, engine control unit, instrument assembly, cooling liquid temperature sensor, air intake temperature sensor, throttle, oxygen sensor, anti-theft computer, ignition lock, electronic throttle, fuel tank, fuel pump assembly, a complete set of heat dissipation mechanism in original car, color schematics panel, fault setting and clearing system, mobile bench, supporting user's manual and experimental guide book etc.
Main Functions:
1. The diesel engine works fine and runs normally and emits according to requirements of relevant regulations;
2. Sensors and actuators are provided completely and effectively, and tested by dedicated instrument;
3. The numeration table displays voltage change of each sensor;
4. Pointer type oil pressure gauge displays fuel pressure;
5. Technical material and intuitive electric schematic diagram are provided;
6. This bench can meet the teaching needs of electronic controlled diesel engine structural composition, working principle, and fault and diagnosis;
7. Complete electric control system schematics and detection terminals are installed on the bench panel. Various signal parameters like voltage, resistance and frequency etc. of each sensor and actuator etc. are tested by instruments and meters.
8. Diagnostic plug is installed on the bench and connects special or general decoder for performing self-diagnostic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data stream;
9. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface);
10. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices;
11. User-selectable functions:
The selectable function is using PLC or microcomputer procedure to form a network system and achieve control of multiple student test terminals (student unit made by experimental box) connected to and controlled by a main control computer. Each student terminal and bench control panel has the same control circuit diagram and de point. If main control bench fails to work, the student terminal can detect the same fault. Meanwhile, the student terminal may also conduct the parameter detecting and analysis of all sensors and actuators with the main control bench. Each student terminal may obtain the same teaching effect as the main control bench.
12. Model can be customized according to customer's requirements.

1. Nylon universal casters: With diameter of 75mm and width of 35mm, the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching;
2. Being welded by GB-quality steel structure and treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish, the bench is beautiful and durable;
3. Being equipped with locking split maintenance door on the back, the bench panel steel cabinet is durable and convenient for maintenance;
4. Being formed by stamping and applying high grade automotive high-temperature baking finish treatment, the panel steel cabinet is beautiful and durable;
5. The whole bench has top part and bottom part which are convenient for transportation and equipment migration;
6. It is installed with safety nets with rotating components;
7. Bracket materials: 50*50*3mm;
