This device can be used in conjunction with normally operating pure electric cars, transforming the entire vehicle into an online fault detection and assessment platform without damaging any wiring harness of the original vehicle. It can detect and diagnose the dynamic and static signal parameters of the original vehicle's power battery management system BMS control unit in real time. Mechanical gear shifting can be used to set faults in the main control unit, and faults such as open circuit, virtual connection, and short circuit can be set in the main circuit of the main control unit.
