Product overview:
This bench uses Volkswagen Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission. Driven by a large power motor , it can really show the structure and principle of the automatic transmision. It is suitable for both middle and higher vocational school to study and practice dual clutch automatic transmission. Some relevant faults may be set and diagnosed on this bench.
Main components:
Automatic transmission assembly,AT control unit, engine control unit, engine speed sensor, instrument, gear shifting mechanism, panel, diagnostic socket, throttle body, ignition switch, ignition key, additional brake device, three-phase motor, frequency converter, electric leakage protector,DC12V power, pressure gauge, fault setting system, mobile rack, universal casters, product manual and training guide book.
Product features:
1. The electronic controlled automatic transmision work normally, driven by the adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor. It can fully display the structure and working process of the automatic transmission.
2. Through the inverter, the working current of the motor can be set in order to prevent motor overload and equipment impact.
3. The surface is painted a colored circuit diagram and schematic diagram. To easily understand and intuitively anayze the principle of automadi c transmision by contrasting the real
object with the diagram.
4. To directly detect the signals from the terminal of all sensors, actuators and control units mounted on the board, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency.
5. The panel is equipped with auto meter, pressure meter, digital display meter to display the change of parameters such as engine speed, vehide speed, automatic transmission shift, main oil gallery pressure, sensor working voltage.
6. The bench is installed the diagnosis socket that can be connected with special or general type auto decoder . The self-diagnosis can be finshed by reading the fault code, clearing trouble code and reading data flow.
7. The panel is equipped with the indicator lamps of all solenoid valves to display the status.
8. To reduce the charging trouble by using the DCI2V power device. The power supply can avoid short circuit.
9. To be equipped with versati le cators to facilitate teaching. The bench is welded with high-quality materials and treated with high-grade automotive paint, beautiful and durable.
10 To be configured such a device as fault settings checking (manual or intelligent control). To simultaneously set one or more different-type faults(short circuit, open circuit, poor contact) to meet the different assessment requirements.
