Product Overview:
This training bench can really show the structure, working process and principle of the automotive airbags system. It is suitable for both secondary and higher vocational school to study and practice airbags system. Some relevant faults may be set and diagnosed on this bench.
Main components:
ECU, collision sensors, air bag, assistant air bag, minicar, housing, panel, ignition switch, ignition key, compressed air tank, compressor, DC12 power supply, mobile rack, fault setting system, product manual nad training guide.
Main Features:
1. To show completely the structure of airbags system.
2. To fully demonstrate the working status of airbags system when it is bumped and exploded.
3. The surface is painted a colored circuit diagram and schematic diagram. To easily understand and intuitively anlayze the principle of airbags system by contrasting the real object with diagram.
4. To directly detect the signals from the terminal of all electric components mounted on the board, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency.
5. The bench is installed the diagnosis socket that can be connected with special or general type auto decoder. The self-diagnosis can be finished by reading the fault code, clearing trouble code and reading data flow.
6. To reduce the charging trouble by using the DC12V power device. The Power supply can avoid short circuit.
7. To be equipped with versatile castors to facilitate teaching. The bench is welded with high-quality materials and treated with high-grade automotive paint, beautiful and durable.
8. To be configured such a deive as fault settings checking(manual or intelligent control).
