The main components:
Drive motor, air conditioning evaporation box, compression pump, air conditioning control computer, pressure gauge, air supply
pipeline, air conditioning radiator, drying bottle, various sensors, high and low pressure gauge, fault setting and
troubleshooting system, control panel, computer engraving color circuit schematic panel, movable bench, power supply, supporting
instructions and experimental instructions
Production process:
1, the detection panel, using 4MM thick aluminum-plastic plate as the base plate, the surface image is formed by high-precision UV
flat printing technology, and then through the CNC engraving plate opening, the overall panel image is clear
2, parts fixing process, the fixed bracket structure of the accessories on the panel is processed by CNC machine tools
3, the panel frame adopts 40*40MM aluminum profile, and the bottom frame adopts 40*40MM aluminum profile bottom frame (the actual
thickness of aluminum profile is not less than 3MM)
4. The assembly process of aluminum profile frame is fixed by sinking screws, and the grooves on the profile surface are sealed by
special colored rubber strips, making the surface complete and beautiful.
5, the important load-bearing parts of aluminum profiles are equipped with special Angle codes for aluminum profiles, and the
drawings are added twice.
The main function;
1,- speed regulating motor as a power source, drive the air conditioning compressor to work, the corresponding function operation
on the panel of the test bench, can truly demonstrate the working principle and working process of the various components of the
womb air conditioning system
2, there is a complete automatic air conditioning system schematic and detection terminal carved on the operation panel of the
experimental platform, which can detect the signal parameters of each computer pin and each circuit component of the air
conditioning system through instruments and meters, such as: voltage, resistance, power, etc
3, by computer engraving color schematic, easy for students
4, the test bench is equipped with a high and low pressure meter, which can display the pressure of the refrigerant in the
refrigeration system in real time
5, the platform is equipped with a high and low pressure meter of the air conditioning refrigeration pipeline, which can visually
display the pressure change of the refrigeration pipeline
6, the platform can be provided to learn to vacuum, fill refrigerant, leak detection and other practical operating platform
7, the test bench is equipped with a diagnostic seat, which can be connected to a special or general automotive decoder, to read
the fault code of the electronic control system, read the data stream and other self-diagnostic functions
8, fault setting function, manual fault setting switch can be selected according to the user, intelligent multi-function
integrated system or intelligent fault setting assessment system (equipped with communication interface and network interface)
9. After setting the fault, students can use special instruments to judge the fault and check the location and content of the
fault point.
