The battery detection system provides various devices with different voltage and current ranges. The battery divider cabinet adopts a gold structure design as a whole, with an industrial grade all-in-one machine matched on the upper part. The battery charging and discharging testing software is embedded inside, and the battery individual divider work is carried out through the software.

--Functional characteristics-The device supports simultaneous capacity division of 8 individual batteries, and is equipped with universal calipers, supporting different types of batteries: 1. Capacity division. The software features include: testing, calibration, capacity allocation, equipment management, data management, etc. It dynamically displays parameters such as voltage, current, and capacity of individual batteries, and can view dynamic data and curves of battery discharge and charging, as well as test logs 2. The device can set capacity testing data as needed, such as voltage upper limit gate value, voltage lower limit gate value, current upper limit gate value, current lower limit gate value, etc; 3. The device supports command types: constant current charging, constant voltage charging, constant current constant voltage charging, constant power charging, constant current discharge, constant voltage discharge, constant power discharge, constant load discharge, pulse, shelving, cycling, end, etc 4. Equipment input and output isolation 7. The equipment has multiple protection functions (power grid failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, overcurrent, overload, etc.), ensuring the safety of the equipment and the tested equipment.
