Product overview:
This test bench is based on physical Toyota Prius Hybrid Power system to display the working principle and working condition of hybrid power, such as driving with motor at low speed to realize zero troubleshooting, and the power source is 55KW INZ motor and 35KW DC motor to make driving under different working conditions possible.

Main function:
1. It is able to perform motor-driving and engine-driving experimental process under different working conditions in practical training;
2. It enables charging process under high voltage battery charging condition;
3. It enables charging process under during speed reduction process;
4. It is free of troubleshooting and pollution of pure motor working under low-speed working condition.
5. It enables the motor to work simultaneously with engine at high-speed working condition to realize large-power output and supplementary charging function;
6. Pressure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display fuel pressure;
7. The numeration table displays voltage change of each sensor;
8. Vacuum gauge is installed on the bench panel to display intake vacuum pressure;
9. Injector pulse and throttle opening change value are clearly displayed by LED lamps;
10. The panel is made of deformation-resistant 4mm thick high-quality imported aluminum plastic plate. The schematic diagram carved on the panel surface is a colorful circuit schematic carved by computer laser carving machine imported from Germany and is very beautiful. The color of the circuit diagram will never fade away; it has fire prevention, waterproof, moisture prevention, anti-corrosion, wearing-resist functions and is durable.
11. Complete electric control system schematics and detection terminals are installed on the test bench panel. Various signal parameters like voltage, resistance and frequency etc. of each sensor and actuator etc. by instruments and meters.

I. Nylon universal casters: with diameter of 75mm and width of 35mm, the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easily moving and convenient for teaching;
2. The bench is treated by high-grade automobile high-temperature baking finish, moisture proof, anti-rust, and is beautiful and durable;
3. Being equipped with I.2mm thick cold plate maintenance fledoor with lock on the back, the bench panel steel cabinet is durable and convenient for maintenance;
4. The whole bench has top part and bottom part which are convenient for transportation and equipment migration;
5. It is installed with safety nets with rotating components;
