Applying Santana 3000 four-cylinder EFL anti-theft engine as the basis.this bench can truly display the steuctural composition and working procedures of geasoline engine.Be applicable to the practical training and practice teaching teaching for secondary and higher vocational technical schools as wwell as automoblie engine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions,it can meet the teaching needs of EFL gasoline engine structrural composition,working priciple,fault seeting and diagnosis.
Major Components:
It is mainly composed of engine assembly,engine control unit,combination instrument,batteries,battery main switch ,fuel tank ,throttle device,diagnostic plug,fuek pressure gauge,vacuum pressure gauge,fault setting and clearing systems,monlie bench,computer engraving color schematic panel,supporting user manual and experimental guide book etc.
Main Functions:
1,The engine works fine and runs smoothly,truly displaying the structural composistion and working procedures of EFL geasoline engine.
2, the test bench panel is installed with a pressure gauge to display the fuel pressure.
3, the digital table shows the value of the sensor voltage changes.
4, the test bench panel is installed with a vacuum pressure gauge to show the intake vacuum pressure.
5, injector pulse and throttle opening change value by the LED light display, clear and concise.
6, the experimental panel engraved with a complete electrical control system schematic diagram and detection terminals, can be detected through the instrumentation sensors, actuators and other signal parameters such as, voltage, resistance, frequency, etc..
7, the training table is installed with a diagnostic seat, can be connected to a special or general-purpose car decoder, the engine electronic control system to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read the data stream and other engine self-diagnostic functions.
8. Fault setting function, according to the user optional manual fault setting switch, intelligent multifunctional all-in-one system or intelligent fault setting assessment system. (equipped with communication interface and network interface).
9. after setting the fault, trainees can use special instruments and meters to troubleshoot the exercise by fault judgment and check the location and content of the set fault point.
10,User-selectable functions:
The selectable function is using PLC or microcomputer procedures to form a network system and achieve control of multiple student test terminals (student unit made by experimental box)connected to and controlled by a main control computer .Each student termianl and bench control panel has the same control circuit diagram and detection point .If main control bench fails to work ,the student termianl can detect the same fault.Meawhile,the student termianls may aslo condeuct the paremeter detecting and analysis od all sensors and actuators with the main control bench.Each student terminal may obtain the same teaching effect as the main contrli bench.
