Toyota Automatic Air Conditioner Test Bench
Product Overview:
The test bench is based on the real automatic air conditioning system for automobile and gives a true display of the working principles and process of the automatic air conditioning system. It is applicable to the theoretical learning and practical operations of the automatic air conditioning system for secondary and higher vocational technical schools.
Major Components:
Speed governing motor, air-conditioning evaporator, compression pump, air conditioner controlling computer, pressure gauge, air supply duct, air conditioning cooler, receiver dryer, several sensors, high and low pressure gauges, fault setting and clearing system, control panel, computer engraved colored schematic circuit diagram panel, mobile bench, power supply, user's manual and training instruction book.
Main Functions:
1. Speed governing motor is used as the power source to drive the air conditioning compressor, and functional operations on the test bench can demonstrate the real working principles and process of components in the automatic air conditioning system;
2. Complete schematic diagram and testing terminals of the automatic air conditioning system are engraved on the operation desk of the test bench, and the instruments and meters nay be used for measuring the signal parameters of computer pins and circuit elements of air conditioning system, such as: voltage, resistance, frequency etc;
3. Computer engraved colored schematic diagram is convenient for the students to understand the working principles and process of the automatic air conditioning system;
4. High and low pressure gauges are mounted on the test bench for real-time display of refrigerant pressure in the cooling system;
5. High and low pressure gauges for cooling pipes of air conditioner are installed on the bench, for visual observation of the pressure changes in the cooling pipes;
6. Bench can be provided to students for creation of vacuum, filling of refrigerant and leak detection.
7. Diagnostic plug is installed on the test bench and connects special or general decoder for performing self diagnostic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data stream etc.;
8. Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch, intelligent multifunction integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user's choice.
9. After fault setting, students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices.
Manufacturing Technique:
1. Nylon universal casters: With diameter of 75mm and width of 35mm, the universal caster mobile device with locking function is easy moving and convenient for teaching;
2. Being welded by GB-quality steel and treated with high grade automotive high-temperature baking paint, the bench is good looking and durable;
3. Being equipped with locking split maintenance door on the back, the bench panel steel cabinet is durable and convenient for maintenance;
4. Being punch formed and using high grade automotive high-temperature baking paint treatment, the panel steel cabinet is good looking and durable;
5. Plate in schematic circuit diagram: aluminum plate 4mm thick; material for test cabinet: cold plate maintenance flexdoor 12mm thick;
6. Testing terminal: 8mm stainless steel terminal;
7. 6mm LED indicator lamp;
