Applying structural compaosition of passant b51.8t electronic controlled engine .this bench can dynamically display each working condition of engine .Being applicable to be the practical training teaching for secondary and higher vocational technical schools as well as automobileengine construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions,it can meet teaching needs of electronic controlled gasoline engine structural composistion,working principle,fault setting and diagnosis.
Main components:
It is mainly composed of gasoline engine assmebly,engine control unit,cobination instrument,batteries main switch,fuel tank,diagnosis plug,fuel pressure gauge,vacuum pressure gague,fault setting and clearing system,mobile bench ,supporting users manual and training instruction book ect.
Main functions:
1,The engine works fine and runs smoothly,truly displaying the structural compodition and woking procedures of EFL gasoline engine
2,Preesure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display fuel pressure
3,The numeration table display voltage change of each sensor
4,Vacuum pressure gauge is installed on the bench panel to display intake vacuum pressure
5,Injection pulse and throttle opening charge value are clearly display by LED almps
6,Complete electric control system schematic and detection terminals are installed on the bench panel.Various signal parameters like voltage,resistance and frequency etc. of each sensor and actuator etc.are tested by indtruments and meters
7,Diagranosis plug is installed on the bench and connects srecial or general decoder for performing self-diagnostic functions,such as reading fault codes and reading data stream
8,Fault setitng function can set the maunal fault setting switch,intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user choice (equipped with communication inteface or network interface)
9,After fault setting ,students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and
clearing practices
10,User-selectable functions:
The selectable fuction is using PLC or mivrocomputer procedure to form a network system and achieve control of multiple student test terminals (student unit made by experimetal box)connected to and controlled by a main controlled computer.Each student terminals and bench control panel has the same control circuit diagram and detection point.If main control bench fails to work,the student terminal can detect the same fault.Meanwhile,the student teminal may aslo conduct the prarmeter detecting and analsis of all sensor and actuators with the maincontrol bench.Each student terminal may obtaion the same teaching effect as the main control bench
