Applying Honda FIT stepless transmission,this bench is applicable to the practical training and practic teaching for secondary and higher vocational technincal schools as well as automobile chassls construction and maintenance of automotive training institutions can meet the teaching needs of stepless transmission structural composition and action demonstration.This bench is operated conveniently,safe and reliable. Training instruction book related to spcific topics and other relevant teaching material are provided for the bench.
Main function:
1,Dynamic running function:It has electronic controlled system and gear shift device dhipped from original factory,driven by adjustable-speed motor and loaded by disk brake.
2,Display function:It adopts comuter engraving color achematics.it is installed with luminous diode.gigital display gauge and pointer,oil pressure gauge.Lunminous diode can diaplay working situtation of power supply and each actuator.Digtal display gauge show signal value of each sensor.Oil pressure gauge shows changes of oil pressure in each cluch and actuator.
3,Test function :It is externally connected with test terminal.Multimeter and oscillometer are usede to used to test and analze siagnal in each sensor and scctutator.
4,signal simulation function:siganal test is available
5,Diagnostic piug is installed on the bench and connects special or general decoder for performing self-diagnostic fnctions .such as reading fault codes,clearing fault codes and reading deta stream.
6,Fualt seeting function can set the manual fault seting switch,intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user choice (euqipped with comminication interface or networking interface)
7,After fault setting,students can find location and conteent of faults by using special instruments and through fault diagnosis and clearing practices.
