Super safety: Seven safety dimensions are tested for battery use, covering internal short circuit, external short circuit, overcharge
collision, high voltage, connection and dangerous gas;

Super strength: the battery pack has the characteristics of no fire and no explosion by extrusion, and has passed tests such as simulated collision and compressive strength;

Passing train battery system is to assemble the electric cells into modules first, and then install the modules inside the battery system for graded management. The mechanical structure of the module plays the role of supporting, fixing and protecting the electric cell, and then the battery system plays the role of supporting, fixing and protecting the module.

The blade battery is a new design concept, which uses long cells while eliminating the intermediate module link and directly installing the cells into the battery system, so that the weight and cost are effectively reduced. At the same time, BYD battery structure design draws on the principle of honeycomb aluminum plate, through the structural adhesive to fix the cell between the two layers of aluminum plate, so that the cell itself acts as a structural member to increase the strength of the whole system.
