Function description
The automobile motor battery system is miniaturized and divided into five modules: 36 volt lithium battery pack module, BMS management system module, motor control module, motor and generator module, and booster DCDC module, which can display the functions of overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature, and balance control of battery management, and can display the functions of motor startup, operation, and brake energy feedback.
1,36V lithium battery pack: consists of 10 series of 18650 batteries in series, and the positive and negative terminals of all battery monomers are drawn through the terminals, and the voltage of each monomer can be measured separately. All terminal leads are protected against overcurrent. Can withstand direct short circuit without damage or danger;
2, Lithium battery BMS management system: complete the voltage detection of each battery unit in the system, overcharge, overcurrent, overdischarge protection, charging process balance control. With a 70A protection cut-off capability balancing function In the charging process, the battery cell with high voltage is actively balanced, and the indicator is indicated, and finally the battery can reach the same voltage in the case of performance deviation;
3, Three-phase motor controller: generate 3-phase speed regulation power output required for motor operation to drive the motor;
4, Three-phase motor and generator: the motor is driven by the motor controller module and rotates, the motor is connected to the generator through an aluminum coupling, and the generator can therefore produce three-phase alternating current output from the electric step;
5,Power rectifier - transformer module: the generator module output three-phase AC rectifier, filter, boost voltage, energy back to the DC bus. Its feedback output current can be adjusted because generate adjustable feedback reaction force to control the braking force of the motor.;
6,Android APP: Connected to BMS system through Bluetooth, overvoltage threshold, undervoltage threshold, overtemperature threshold, balance pressure difference, balance current, battery physical capacity, etc., can be set on the mobile end:Row parameter Settings. Can be directly operated to close the discharge switch, charging switch;
7,Process standard: Precision green double-sided glass fiber PCB board is used as the system circuit carrier, the board surface is sprayed with white paint to make the system circuit schematic diagram, and the function terminals are clearly defined.
