Product Overview:
This experimental device designs dismounting bench and control that is independent from each other by using spare parts related to engine and electronic controlled running shipped from original factory.This bench is used the running test for assemble engine.with line detection terminal and diagnosis piuge of original car that are installed additionally.it can fully satisfy the requiements throughout the process from dismouting,restoring,running and commissioning to inspection of engine.it is applicable to the practical training and practice teaching for seconndary and higher vocational schools as well as automobile engine construction and maintenance of automotive institution.
Main Components:
It is mainly composed of engine assembly.ECU electronic unit,instrument,fault seeting and clearing system ,oil pressure gauge,vacuum gauge,oil tank,batteries,diagnosis piuge,heat dissipation system,reduction gears,roll-over stand,signal test zone corresponding to engine coputer pin.mobile bench,computer engraving color schematics panel,supporting user manual and experimental instruction book ect.
Main function;
1,It is application to the training assement on practical operation skiils of students in various automobile majors.
2,Training about the knowledge of structure and control system of engine is avaliable.
3,Taining of dismouting and assembling of engine is offered,and students can perform practical operation such as dismouting and repairing of engine on dismouting bench;during dismouting,engine can mke rotation at any angle and keep nstatic.Engine starts running after it is connected with running stand,electronic controlled system and fuel systrm on engine dismoutiing stand initiate.
4,strudebts can practically opearte and be trained about working conditions of engine e.g start-up.idling,acceleration and deceleration
5,Dismounting and control system that are separately insatalled,never interfere each other and convenience for connection ,can test assembly effect in appropriate time and fully satisfy the requirements throughout the process from dismounting ,restoring,running and commissioning to inspection of engine.
6,The training bench adopts senior teaching panel(including integral electronic controoed system circuit and schematic diagram)that is consist of computer engraving color schematic and has consistent color with lines of original car.The panel is equipped with electronic controlled circuit test terminal,combination instrument and diagnosis pluge of original car.the computer test equipment is applied to do self-diagnosis,fault code reading and data flow test to electronic controlled unit.
7,Combination instrument can reflect working confditions(e.g. rotation spped,vehicel spped,water temperature,oil volume etc)of engine in real time way.Switch freely from teaching to test function.
8,Fault setting function can set the manual fault setting switch,intelligent multi-function integrated unit system or intelligent fault setting assessment system according to user choice (equipped with communication interface or network interface)
9,After fault setting,students can find location and content of faults by using special instruments and through faulty diagnosis and clearing practices.
