Functional characteristics
1. The device fully displays the new energy vehicle conversion system, which can lap DC-AC, AC-DC, boost, buck and other circuits to show the structure and control logic of each system.
2. The panel is made of 4mm thick advanced aluminum-plastic panel with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance and moisture resistance. The surface is treated by special process spraying primer. The panel prints color circuit diagram and working principle diagram that never fades.
3. The panel is equipped with an ignition switch, DC-AC, AC-DC, booster, step-down module, etc., supplemented by a light-emitting diode to dynamically indicate the system flow direction, an analog indicator is also provided to demonstrate the working state of the power conversion, and the location of key components is set to detect terminals, which can use special instruments to measure parameters.
4. The panel adopts 4mm advanced aluminum-plastic panel with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance and moisture resistance. The surface is sprayed with primer by special process, and the panel is printed with color circuit diagram that never fades.
5. The equipment frame is built with 40*40mm and 40*80mm integrated aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil resistant, corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The countertop width is 40cm and the countertop is 32mm thick color high-density composite board.
